Chasing Light

A still-life, and street photography project.

During the Covid-19 Lockdown in Hamilton, New Zealand, I turned to photography to record that which gave me spark. This series is the result of my observations through the lens. Chasing Light illuminates magic in quotidian experience. Each is intended as a second look which savours some small glory often taken for granted, ultimately encouraging renewed sight. Select pieces from this series have been published in the 2020 limited edition Stasis Journal.
